We had a great stay - comfortable rooms, delicious food and easy access to the aquapark. The whole hotel is centred around children - rooms have all amenities for toddlers and babies, a huge indoor playground with activities for big and small children.

Great family option particularly for families with toddlers and small children, especially that a room here can come with free (and direct, basement level) access to the small child friendly Sonnentherme.
Lots of activity options, including a huge indoor playing area and a ball-pit castle for smaller kids, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, etc.
Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are good.
Best value is the option for a room with "all-in card" and breakfast only.
Remember the 50% discount in the also great family park with your "all-in card".
Very nice place, it is very comfortable to reach Sonnentherme via underground tunnel directly from the hotel. Very kindness personnel. Super for stay with child/children of all ages. Very close to Hungary. Neusiedler See is not so far.
